Waaree Energies Ltd issued notice to hold an extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") of the members of Waaree Energies Limited (WEL) on Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. through video conferencing (VC) or other audio visual means (OAVM) to transact the following business:

1. Increase IPO size from proposed ₹ 3000 Cr to ₹ 3600 Cr
2. Re-appointment of Mr Rajender Mohan Malla (: 00136657) as independent director (non-executive)
