<div>An official said on Sunday that the Chhattisgarh State Planning Commission and Tata Technologies Ltd. had inked a contract to modernize agricultural research and innovation centres and transform technical educational institutions (polytechnics and ITIs) into technology hubs.</div><div>At his official residence on Saturday night, Chief Minister Bhupesh Baghel witnessed the signing of a memorandum of understanding (MoU).</div><div>Speaking at the event, Baghel said there was room for the technology-based economy to grow and that young people's education, knowledge, and skills needed to match industry demands.</div>
