Planify is a fintech startup that is focused on building India's first Marketplace for Private Equity. It offers secondary sale of unlisted stocks to investors (Angel, Accredited Investors, VC, AIF, and PE Funds) in order to facilitate the trade of hands in unlisted firms and to address the issue of IPO availability.
