Dividend declared by Fino Paytech

Board of Directors of Fino Paytech Limited, has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 37.71 per equity and preference share of Rs. 10/- each and has fixed the record date as Thursday, June 9, 2022 for determining the eligibility of members entitled to receive aforesaid dividend.
