An Indian company called Lava International Limited has expanded its after-sales support to include all of its forthcoming devices. Lava is opening up its doorstep service by offering "Service at Home," which will cover roughly 9,000 pincodes nationally as part of the Agni Mitra services' further expansion. After making a complaint, the service request will receive a response within two hours and be finished within 48 hours.
Lava debuted this idea of service at home with the introduction of the Blaze series in July 2022. Lava is moving forward and will now offer this service for all forthcoming smartphones, not only the Blaze series.
During the phone's warranty period, this support can be obtained through Lava's official website, call centre, Lava Care app, and official WhatsApp number.
