• While at Flipkart, Sujeet Kumar and his colleagues noticed a growing digital adoption in India, with mobile phones becoming essential. However, despite this trend, the purchasing power of Indians, especially the middle class, remained low. This prompted Kumar to address this fundamental challenge.
