• Residing in Bangalore, India, he holds the positions of founder and chairman at Total Environment Building Systems and Total Environment Hospitality, which includes establishments like Windmills Craftworks and Oota.
  
  
• Kamal Sagar completed his education at IIT Kharagpur in 1992, earning a degree in Architecture.
  
  
• Following his graduation, he briefly worked with Omni Architects in Lexington, Kentucky, USA, before returning to India to pursue his career.
  
  
• One of his notable architectural projects was the design and construction of Poonawalla Stud Farms in Hadapsar and Theur, Pune.
