• Harpreet Singh Grover, also known fondly as Happy by his circle, holds a fervent passion for both parenting and entrepreneurship. Over the past four years, he has delved deeply into the realms of parenting literature and writing, finding it rather intriguing how little is commonly understood about children in a world where parental practices are often taken for granted. Happy is particularly fascinated by various facets of parenting, such as the enduring consequences of children eating while engaging with mobile devices, the subtle impacts of labeling children as "shy," the prevalent occurrence of vision issues among South Asian children, the intricate relationship between air pollution and children's health, and the profound significance of a mother's love in shaping a child's development.

• Prior to his research endeavors, Happy held the role of Founder and CEO at CoCubes, a pioneering platform connecting educational institutions with corporate entities. Together with his IIT Bombay roommate, Vibhore, Harpreet Singh Grover dedicated twelve years to building CoCubes into a successful venture, culminating in its acquisition by Aon Hewitt in 2016 in an all-cash transaction. Their entrepreneurial journey was further celebrated with the award of the IIT Bombay Young Alumni Entrepreneurship Award in 2018, and their story was immortalized in the bestselling book 'Let's Build a Company,' published by Penguin.
  
  
• Over the past eight years, Happy has actively mentored and invested in over 50 startups, including notable names like Ola, Ola Electric, Chaayos, Shopkirana, Bombay Shaving Company, Lokal, STOA, and Entri. Drawing from his extensive experience working with students through CoCubes, Happy has come to realize that childhood experiences often hold the key to understanding adult behavior. He firmly believes in the innate curiosity and focus of children, unencumbered by the need for external validation, which he sees as gradually eroding amidst today's inundation of distractions and advertisements.
